This was a workshop that we organized in cooperation with Werkstattschule Bremerhaven, right before our FUNDUS exhibition. It was a two day affair which was designed to engage the local youth. The objective was to create an outdoor installation, right in front of the GOETHE45. In the beginning the participants were split into two groups: those down to work and those who’d rather passively bask in the cool blue light of their Tv’s,or mindlessly push their finger around on their smartphones. However, once we jumped into it, the energy and the excitement spread like wildfire, and everybody got sucked into the project. This is a perfect example of the power collaborative art endeavors.
