We love to play! And of course not only with letters, but also with illustrations and the different combinations of the two. Our works are often inspired by a touch of the naive, although they can also be very serious at times, but only to an extent. Is it because the Dada heritage is our biggest influence? Some of the themes that I was recently exploring include the idea of masking, covering and hiding. In this project I matched illustrations of masks with citations and short sentences in different languages just to see what new stories could arise from the combinations.
